James,

You are right!
Been up too late
Can't see straight

The voltage is 12v DC for each camera.

I am curious about a message in the previous /var/log/messages: "session open / close . . . for root / apache"

Thanks!

FWD is a cool deal. I'll set it up. First I'll open ssh for you. I'll email the stuff. The cameras have a BNC connector/cable and a 5v power supply plug. I also noticed that when, under options-video-ZM_VIDEO_STREAM_METHOD = mpeg the screen displays a puzzle piece and "click here to download plugin ...

Thanks,
I reset to NTSC.

I am going to look at the BIOS.

I may have to write a control.

Power is getting to the camera, but the camera is not "taking the picture". Maybe a control line is not being enabled?

The card and 4 cameras came with a windows security system. The system was not flexible enough (what should I have expected!) so ...

OK! The ports are the 4 inputs! (I was thinking of network ports, been up too long!)

How do I change the behavior of zm? Or change the configuration to accomodate the "port switching" ?

I am going to unplug all the camers except one.

Thanks
