Well I will respond to myself. My problem was with the definition. Even if I had configured Zoneminder with Width and Eight with 320x240 and YAWCAM "Settings -> Stream" to 320x240 my webcam was still in 640x480 (Settings -> Device -> Format control). So i change every settings to 640x480 and ...
