Re: Genbolt 1080p outdoor camera.
Thanks for the reply Snake, it was very helpful. I wasn't aware of the iSpy resource, and it had the exact connect string that was required, in this case rtsp://<user>:<password>@<ipaddress>/11. As for the setup, I am running v1.32.3. It took me several days of experimentation, but finally got a ...

Remove 3 Part RTSP configuration.
I figure, by the time your configuring the source of your ZoneMinder camera's, your relatively good with computers/networking. I personally think it makes life a lot harder for poeple when you break apart full links its "catagorys". Example: This link works, verified via VLC. rtsp://admin:PassWoRD ...

Re: Event trigger on Camera A triggers Event on Camera B
Yes thats what I meant by added to the list, once I figured it out, I wanted to bang my head on the table , but I put up some pictures to help clear, because I noticed this thread got a lot of views.

Re: Event trigger on Camera A triggers Event on Camera B
I figured it out, they are automatically added to linked list, but not linked untill you click and save. Very misleading IMO.

Event trigger on Camera A triggers Event on Camera B
I noticed that the cameras are "linked" tho I am not sure what this does. What I want to do is have motion detection on Camera A trigger an event on Camera B and I will set the buffer on Camera B such that the event will actually be the previous minute or two and then another minute or two after ...

Re: zmNinja - Run in Browser - Can't Auth - only access via http://serverip:8100 not /domain.com/zm
Also I am the only Admin, and I'm just working on setting up 2 cameras :P (only been messing with ZoneMinder for about 2 months), so haven't tested with multiple online users simultaneously. I was pretty stoked when I got it working, all that hard work, and I took a step back and just started ...

Re: zmNinja - Run in Browser - Can't Auth - only access via http://serverip:8100 not /domain.com/zm
I posted my write up on my site >> https://www.freesoftwareservers.com/index.php/2015/12/09/install-zmninja-inside-browser-zoneminder-webui/ But in essence I only cloned the GIT didn't install any node/ionic etc etc. I just symlinked the /zmninja/www into /var/www/html/zmninja. It has had issues ...

Add Server option does nothing
So I just was looking through the options and saw add server. I have 2 zoneminder installations currnelty and would love to be able to manage them from the same console. Is that its purpose? Also, when I click add It only gives me the option of adding a new server name, and then doesn't save. ZM 1 ...

Email Previous minute from Camera that Didn't trigger Alarm.
Hello, so I would like to get the previous minute of video/images from zoneminder camera to be emailed along with the video that is emailed from camera that triggered alarm. Currently my email is set up and working from ZoneMinder for the camera that triggers the alarm. I am still trying to ...

Re: zmNinja - Run in Browser - Can't Auth - only access via http://serverip:8100 not /domain.com/zm
I got it working! Im pretty sure this is not its intended purpose, as it auto-logs in but is accessable from remote domain. But I secured page via htaccess. All I did was symlink /zmninja/www /var/www/html/zmninja then secure with htaccess/htpasswd. I will be continuing on my blog above, but for now ...

Re: zmNinja - Run in Browser - Can't Auth - only access via http://serverip:8100 not /domain.com/zm
I run a headless server for one, so the desktop package is a no go. I am trying to have apache serve the ZMninja user interface in the browser so I can remote access ZMnina via domain.com/zmninja I am working on a guide, best for me to link it as I keep updated my changes, but I took a break and am ...

Re: ZmView Changing Function disables Camera but works.
I already switched to Api and am using zmNinja and I don't regret it. I got the pro ZmView for that feature specifically and it didn't work OOB. ZmNinja took some tweaking but it is well documented and works awesome now! I will be continuing my adventures with ZmNinja on my blog/website >> https ...

Re: zmNinja - Run in Browser - Can't Auth - only access via http://serverip:8100 not /domain.com/zm
But what I don't get is I can authorize via http with both desktop and android application. I have "real" signed SSL certs for my domain, what I want is to be able to use domain.com/zmninja and view the zmninja console. I would keep the zoneminder console around then for the tweaking of specific ...
