Zoneminder is very used in my company so I just did a yum history undo and I went back to 1.36.28 and the login works again

if I run "vlc rtsp://ip_axis/mpeg4/media.amp" from the zoneminder server console, the video stream is displayed and there is no codec error !

vlc 3.0.5 and zoneminder 1.32.2 have been installed with yum from rpmfusion

The problem is solved.

I added "FollowSymLinks" in cgi-bin alias section of the file zoneminder.conf in /etc/httpd/conf.d/

Restart httpd, restart zoneminder
