I am having the same issues after upgrading from zoneminder1.25 to 1.29 on ubuntu 14.04. No streaming and no video playback but I can view still images. I upgraded to 1.29 so zmninja on my phone would work, and it does! streaming and video playback work in zmninja on my phone. I will post if I find ...
