Please also check under VLC if you get any video from those links, if not then this is a camera issue, if you do have feed then it is Zoneminder issue (may be configuration, may be something with ffmpeg, there may be quite a few causes, logs may help with this).

You were not very descriptive on how you try to connect, so it is difficult to answer. If you know RTSP link to your camera, check another thread where I give hints on how to connect. It should work on any camera with RTSP capabilities.

From what I see this is an IP camera. You need to check if the camera provides any form of link to a video feed in a form of HTTP or RTSP link. You need to check camera manual probably. As a general principle, Linux does not fall on its face due to user processes going awry.
