thanks for the link. I set it all up with blobs already. So unfortunately it didn't help. I can't see what is triggering the alarm. I don't get the nice pics that I see in the doc with the outlined blob.

I found out about the CREATE_ANALYSIS_IMAGES setting. It's turned on, but I don't get any highlighting at all. I guess it should have been highlighting all my other cameras, but there is nothing highlighted. Any thoughts on that are welcome.

Well, one thing is to at least change the order of the last step on the readthedocs.io. Make it a "mandatory last step" to check. It says congrats and then after that to check the path_zms ... would be smart to do it the other way round. I need to admit I just stopped reading at the congrats ... ;)
The Panasonic camera has a pretty low resolution. According to the logs, ZM seems to capture the stream, I installed VLC and using the same settings as in ZM I can see the video just fine.
