Getting ajax problems creating temporary sock files.
I upgraded from 1.23.3 to 1.24.2 yesterday. Running Gentoo on a x64 system. I used the Gentoo ebuild to update. I am unable to monitor any cameras, I just get an empty image. Looking in /var/log/apache/error_log I see the following [Wed Aug 05 10:39:40 2009] [error] [client 192.168.1.100] array (\n ...

Free space calculations on multiple file systems
I have a separate file system (and disk) for each camera that I have and the OS and ZM are on they're own FS. (I was running out of space and it was bringing the system down). I haven't filled up one of these disks yet, but will this trigger the disk full filter, or is it going to look at the df ...

xhtml issues
I noticed that too... I think it must be how my wireless provider does it... It works everywhere else that I've ever tried it. Just put a new browser on my phone, minimo, and it seems to work fine... so, I guess it's a browser issue. (I take that back, it will work the first time, then after that ...

update... kind of, but not really.
If I manage to view it on my phone not in xhtml format (?format=html) then it still does not look right... just get that big enpty box with an x looking at me.
tried turning on extended debugging, but I really didn't see anything more then I usually do. Maybe I did something wrong.

When viewing with xhtml on my phone, images seldom load.
When I view my camera on my phone (Treo 750, Windows mobile). I usually don't get images. If I click on montage, if I'm lucky, I see two of the four cameras show up (usually I only see 0 or 1). The other two show up as squares with a red x in them. If I click on a camera, I have to reload about 4-20 ...

Watchdog in zoneminder?
Looking at zoneminder logs, I see mention of watchdog events. Does zoneminder have a built in watchdog timer? Or should I use a seperate watchdog timer daemon? Is anyone else using the watchdog built into some of these multi-head video capture cards, I just guessed that one side hooked up to the ...

Boundry Issue - Shared memory not initialised by capture dae
I also had this error in my /var/log/messages. Shared memory not initialised by capture daemon I was not able to view any camera via stream or still image. Realized when I got back from vacation that there was not one image captured... eeck, oh well, lucked out... I must have had a boundry issue, I ...

Large Events (12GB) filling up hard drive every night
Every night it seems that I get very large events filling up my hard drive. Each morning I have to go in and erase the events. I am running 1.22.2 (with the cameras set in modect), is anyone else seeing this kind of behavior? I thought that there was a ceiling on the largest event size. localhost 1 ...
