v1.37.63 cameras showing offline Offline but working

I fixed the time in PHP and it was fixed
nano /etc/php/8.3/apache2/php.ini
date.timezone = Australia/Sydney

Don’t forget to remove the ; from in front of date.timezone

I suggest that you upgrade to the latest Ubuntu 20
