i already installed the debian 9 and followed the procedure that worked in 1 go so thats why i was thinking there must be something wrong.
Anyway thank you for your time and effort to write these howto install good job kudo's

Ok think i found why its not installing but i am not shure.
on debian 8 it should install the 1.29 version however in the debian repo there is only the 1.30 version.

so what i did now is install debiam 9 (stretch) and followed that procedure and now the installer works fine
