What is your average montage review fps? Is having 1fps normal?
I get 5fps from live view. When I switch to montage review I get around 2fps and it gets lower when I click history.
Playback from individual videos is max at 5fps.

Montage review is working with this setup. Ubuntu 18, ZM v1.33.15, Storage area not in /var/cache/zoneminder, multiserver.
I think montage review just doesnt work on v1.32.

I switched the dimensions in the config for the monitor and I also commented out /usr/share/zoneminder/www/includes/Monitor.php
And it seems to be working well now.
