i did the check and ZM stopped and then started ok. still no image in the monitor window, just the broken image icon. i think the camera is supported, tho i cannot now find the list on the website. but ZM does appear to be running, its just not picking up the camera. maybe it is a USB issue as i ...

the camera is a QuickCam Express
