Please forgive me if I missed an update to the documentation:
What are the monitor states currently used in mapped memory?
The documentation I have is: 0 = idle, 1 = prealarm, 2 = alarm, 3 = alert, 4 = tape
However, it currently seems as though 3 = alarm and that there is now a 5?
Thanks!

Re: 1.37.5 run process on new event
Is there a possibility that this feature could be enhanced to run on alarm instead of just on a new event? It seems running on a new event is really only useful for monitors in Modect; I think on alarm would give greater flexibility.
Thanks,
Alec

1.34.22 for xenial?
Are new versions of 1.34 going to continue to be built for xenial? 1.34.21 appears to be the latest version in Isaac's repository.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Alarm Frame Count not working
Thanks asker. That thread identifies the problem as being related to having a pre-event count set to a value less than the desired alarm frame count. In my case, I have pre-alarm set to 10, and the alarm count set to 3, so I don't understand why I am still getting alarms with a frame count of 1 ...

Re: Alarm Frame Count not working
What I am asking is: given the monitor settings (that is, alarm frame count =3) why are the monitors entering the alarm state on the first alarm frame? The query results were my, apparently misguided, attempt to summarize pertinent data from my system to provide evidence that the monitors were ...

Re: Alarm Frame Count not working
Thanks! I had missed that post. . . However, my pre-event count is already at 10: mysql> select Monitors.Name, Monitors.ImageBufferCount, Monitors.WarmupCount, Monitors.PreEventCount, Monitors.PostEventCount, Monitors.AlarmFrameCount, Events.Id, Events.AlarmFrames from Monitors inner join Events on ...

Re: How to disable PTZ motion detection durning camera movement
Not 100% sure what you are doing, goodie, so I am likely missing something, but isn't that what zmu function -n is for? To temporarily cancel alarms while you are doing something like moving a camera? I also thought the API Disarm function would do this, but on review, maybe it will only cancel an ...

Alarm Frame Count not working
Please refer to the query and results below. I don't understand why this isn't working? I change states a couple of times a day, so restarting Zoneminder isn't going to solve the problem, it consistently is not responding to the Alarm Frame Count parameter properly. I apologize, that this has been a ...

Thanks for responding so quickly Isaac. However, those fields are already clear. Is there anything else obvious or other information that I can provide that would be helpful?

Pixel difference as percentage
So: I have a couple situations where I have to run a greater pixel difference on my zones in the daytime verses the night. Some people have set up simple cron jobs to switch between day and night settings, etc. but day and night aren't always at the same time, in my application it is affected by ...

Re: ability to rerun a video through detection process
If you are using ffmpeg I think that you can simply use a file for the source path, e.g. "file://home/xena/test.mp4"
FWIW, I found this buried in another post, tried it on my install, and it works for me, but beyond that, I'm useless on this topic.

Re: 1.33.6 watch view & New Event playback problems
The streamreplayimage buffer was 1000, but I set it to 2000, and now things are working.
Thanks!
And, by the way, 1.33 looks great and works really nicely. Thank you for all of the improvements!

1.33.6 watch view & New Event playback problems
I am currently doing both pass-through video and saving .jpgs In watch view the live view works perfectly, and pause works, but I cannot rewind or step back, and play from pause doesn't play from pause, but instead reverts to live view . . . I'm not getting any error messages in the log. I also can ...

Re: Gapless Events - Fast Forward reverts back to 1x for each new event
Actually, I've just upgraded to 1.32.3 from the PPA, and I don't see any change in behaviour from the original defect Same here. Still resets to 1x on new event. Also, for me, in the progress bar banner the zoneminder event timestamp is static with the event start time stamp. Previous beta versions ...
