Replying to myself again... :)

/var/lib/php/session has to be writable by apache.
It was staring me straight in the face once I bothered to look at /var/log/httpd/error_log (Duh)

Oops messed up /var groups

Too tired to be doing admin last night, I typoed a command and did an incorrect chgrp -R on my /var directory. I thought I had it all fixed, but find I can't log in to Zoneminder today. It just loops back to the login screen. D'oh!!
What did I miss under /var? Who should own what?

Thanks,

Steve

Anyway, I'll post the pinouts soon, in case anyone else ever needs it.

6 pin mini-din pinout - standard?

Hi all. I have 2 surplus cameras laying around that were part of a Xanboo (somewhat proprietary) system. Both have 6 pin mini-din connectors (ps/2 keyboard type) and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a standard pinout. A web search (not exhaustive yet) seems to indicat that there may be a ...

I tried dorgem again, and this time it worked using the built-in web server.
I'm getting much better results than saving to Samba.

Thanks, that's what I did. I wound up using dorgem and autosaving via samba.
It's working, though I get the odd partial frame. Good enough for my immediate needs. I hope to get an Axis or Panasonic network camera in the future.

1.22.0 can't delete monitor

Hi all. I just upgraded from 1.21.1 to 1.22.0 This is probably something stupid... While adding a monitor and playing with it somehow it got into a state where there was no source, I tried to delete the monitor but can't from the web interface, logged in as admin. I nuked it from mysql, and re ...
