Any updates here? I had a working eventnotification server and upgraded to 24.04 and now python is complaining about needing a virtual environment to get the machine learning hooks setup. What is the proper path forward?

Is there a fix for this? I am having the same issue.

has this been fixed? Or is the only way to make this work is to turn of Auth_hashing?

So i never was able to get the older events to ever play. I think someone during the upgrade my old events were "purged" from the system yet the links to them in the database remained? Pure speculation What i did notice however was that the permissions on my event directory had been changed to root ...

Also any recent events are not showing as taking up any space on. See below image. The older events that were before the update to 1.31.40 are showing up as taking space. But are also not viewable.

Running on 16.04 with 1.31.40 - storage areas. I can live stream all cameras. And events are being detected and added with frames. However, if i click on an event there is a black screen that says "the video could not be loaded because the file format is not supported." Also if i click on the frame ...

Updated to your new update and green dots are back.

Ubuntu 16.04 and storageareas 1.31.40

Just upgraded to 1.31.40. In the zoneeditor of 1.30.4 there were green dots that indicated the edge point of the polygon shape. these appear to have gone away in 1.31.40. This make editing the zone almost impossible. Is this a setting that can be turned back on? Or why did this go away?
