I l'm running ZM 1.36.29 and recently disabled both analysis images and frames and realized it's saving me a ton of storage. What are the reasons why I would want to keep them turned on? What extra information do the frames or amaysis images net me?

Just installed Ubuntu from scratch and deleted the partitions. Everything looks good now within ZM. Thanks for the help!

Would you be able to provide some details or a information on where to look to increase the logical volume size?

Forgive me as I'm pretty new to Ubuntu. Why do you say its suspicious? I assume that is where ZM is writing to? How would I enable ZM to write to the entire disk?

Is it typical to not have sound with x264 encode? I had recordings with sound prior to switching to x264 encode.

Thanks Henri! That was the fix to my issue. Timestamps now show on recorded video.

I'm currently running Zoneminder 1.34.9. I have timestamps turned on and they show when viewing the live video in Montage but when the video is saved after an alarm I don't see the timestamp. Is there a setting I might be missing to enable this?
