All, I have a hikvision DS-2DE3304 DE. I have the video operational, but I am unable to get the PTZ controls working. I have enabled the control under the control tab. I have entered the control URL admin:adminpassword@192.168.1.64:88. When I attempt to move the camera I get the following error ...
