Re: Motion detection detects motion outside deffined zone
Try to lookup/verify the zones: - enable jpg analysis frames - Trigger a max-motion picture (by camera) e.g. by changing day/night mode (hikvision). This will create a white flash on every switch that will trigger every active pixel/blob so the analysis frames should show a pixelcloud of the true ...

Re: Camera source with username and password
In 1.37.x there are separate fields for credentials already.

Re: ReferenceError spanTime
] No chance: sudo apt-mark hold zoneminder  This reminds me on a problem that bugs me for some time. Is it possible to just hold 'zoneminder-docs'? I've tried to 'hold' it as stated above but it also holds 'zoneminder' as well. I guess the packages are linked/bound or something. I just want ...

Re: New ZoomPan (Zooming and Panning) on Watch, Montage page
1. When zoom=1, you can scale the entire page by grabbing any part, including the image. This is the option you requested. Yes, and it did work before but i guess we have a regression here. It doesn't work anymore since some days. Current situation is: - First click (or grab) on player canvas does ...

Re: New ZoomPan (Zooming and Panning) on Watch, Montage page
I don't understand why it is needed. The visible area of the image cannot exceed the screen size. Sure it can exceed the screen size (actual size). That's exactly what I use it for and demonstrated that in the video above. That's a very convenient and useful way to watch events on mobile/portrait/ ...

rtsp2web - How does it work?
Hi, is there any documentation how to set up rtsp2web? I've compiled and installed rtsp2web but not sure what to do with it (it is not shipped with "zoneminder-dbg/jammy 1.37.63~20240906093428-jammy amd64" (iconnor/zoneminder-master) and the "demo:demo" url showing in the logs doesn't work (or ...

Re: New ZoomPan (Zooming and Panning) on Watch, Montage page
Hmm, i've tried that again. The 2nd PR only works when the inner frame is zoomed-out completely here. If zoomed-in any double-tap has no effect. Not a big problem though. Can you enforce the 'Scaling' size? Currently all values (but 'Actual') are limited to window/page size (fit to width). When i ...

Re: New ZoomPan (Zooming and Panning) on Watch, Montage page
Works great. Its now possible to zoom/pan the page. There seems to be a little race condition though when you pinch-zoom on the event. The event (inner frame) still seems to slightly zoom as well. Barely noticeable but if you repeat it some time the effect gets stronger. Not sure if i understand the ...

Re: New ZoomPan (Zooming and Panning) on Watch, Montage page
Video: zm137.mp4 11MB, h264, 01m37s. Done in 'desktop mode', portrait, Android, Chrome. What you'll see: 1) After entering 'Hours' list and zooming up i scroll to the right via main canvas. I have to move the inner frame as well to reach the far right end. I've fiddled already with events.css and ...

Re: New ZoomPan (Zooming and Panning) on Watch, Montage page
Try specifying the parameter "Scale" = "Actual" This leads to an overzoomed videoframe indeed (i probably see 1/4 of the video) but there is nearly no place on the canvas to move/pan the page. It will be very difficult to support both versions of Pan&Zoom in the future. I understand. I find in ...

Re: 'Event View List' - No possibility to enter event on the right side anymore
Oh, that's card mode. Same as zmNinja. I rather prefer 'list view' though (high density informations). Card mode works but is barely visible if you do not maximize space for it (collapse filters, etc). As optional mode it might be useful i think.
