Found the issue: Seems like the PurgeAllWhenFull filter was set to purge "less than or equal" date 11/06. Changed it to Disk Percentage, equal to, 100, seems to be working now. Two questions 1. Why would this start "working" after an upgrade, was there a bugfix? 2. How should the filter be ...

after running for a couple of hours, it seem like all new events disappeared again.

I've bounced the box, will keep watching.

Update: Seems like events are being deleted by zmfilter shortly after being created.

First of all, sorry if this has been discussed before or if I've missed something in the docs. I quickly looked through the forums, but couldn't find much about this. I've upgraded from version 1.22.1 to 1.22.3. And now it looks like there are no events in the database, as they are showing as 0's on ...

can you post the command line you compiled zoneminder with?

looks like web root might be set wrong according to

File does not exist: /var/www/var

but i might be wrong

So selecting framerate definitely made considerable difference. It drops down the quality - the picture has higher noise level - but higher framerate. I would compare the change to taking pictures on a camera at 100 ISO vs 800 or higher ISO. I can defenitely distinguish the faces now. Here's a ...

So everything is setup and looks good. When there isn't too much motion, objects appear clear/sharp. While moving, they're not very sharp - sample below. Any way to tweak the config to improve this? interesting, sounds logical. I'm running 1.3 - most people are probably on 2.x and dont' see this. I'll consider upgrading to 2.x and see if it changes the behavior

Adding to this thread because it's relevant So I started from scratch with 1.22.1, not upgrade. Ran uninstall on 1.22.0, made sure all web directories/cgi-bin are empty. Compiled, installed 1.22.1 just fine. Default install is using nph-zms to view streams. This didn't work for me - no errors in ...

Has anyone gotten these cameras successfully working with Zoneminder??

I'm considering buying a few and need to know before i pull the trigger.
