Somehow along the line my sessions table wasn't right. I recreated it and all is good.

I have a number of analog cameras I am trying to add to my existing ZoneMinder setup so I got a Avigilon 4 port video server. It work great with the Avigilon camera tool, it even tells you the rtsp string. I can connect to it just fine with ffmp ffmpeg -i rtsp://admin:admin@172.26.0.93:554 ...

For what it's worth. I did a yum update and rebooted and low and behold, it now works. I did have to login as apache and touch the file "touch /var/log/zoneminder/web_php.log"

Seems to work now.
