SOLUTION: if anyone comes across this bug, you need to lower your -arbitary high- "WEB_L_REFRESH_MAIN" value, otherwise it will keep reloading the console, like _constantly_. Also noticed it throws up a bunch of errors regarding monitors/cameras that are NOT even in the system anymore.
