Re: Unsupported operand types error

That did the trick. Thanks for your help and your quick reply (especially considering I didn't give you much info).

Re: Unsupported operand types error

You’re absolutely right. I actually got a new computer, with a whole new installation of Ubuntu.

Which log file should I be looking at? I looked around and couldn’t find anything relevant.

Thanks

Unsupported operand types error

I just upgraded to 1.36.31 from 1.34. When I do:

http://localhost/zm/api/monitors/alarm/ ... nd:on.json

I'm getting:

"Unsupported operand types: string - int"

This was working on the old version. Any thoughts on what's going wrong?
Thanks

Re: Audio or video, but not both

I figured it out. My camera was set to H.265. I changed it to H.264 and set ZM to H264 Camera Passthrough and now my events have video and audio.

Audio or video, but not both

In my events I was getting video but no audio. Then I saw someone's suggestion to set Video Writer to H264 Camera Passthrough. That gave me audio, but a black window for video. I changed back to X264 Encode and I have video but no audio again. I have Save JPEGs Disabled and Whether to Store Audio ...
