You will have to login to the camera and figure that out. Amcrest does not make it very easy to find the firmware and sometimes the version of hardware is ambiguous. I just tried in VLC with the same rtsp link - works immediately.

It works on both Amcrest and Onvifer 15.7 free (both android clients) without issues.
