Are you using a DDNS? I am thinking this might have to do with the fact the TLD for my zoneminder site is probably the same as somebody else out there. Mine is something like myname.dyn-dns.com so if there is another person with a zoneminder login at hisname.dyn-dns.com it looks like my site is ...

This actually started yesterday as well on my site for any browser. Same error as yours, except only for the following pages:

https://[mydomain.com]/zm/
https://[mydomain.com]/zm/index.php?view=login

my SSL cert shows valid under Google's troubleshooter as well

I too am having the same issue, it began with v1.37.31... i downgraded to 1.36.32 for now.... thanks.

just an update... I have identified that a socket is not present. I am currently in safe mode, and doing a sql backup. once it is completed, my POA is to 1. drop the db, remove mariadb, then reinstall mariadb. Lastly, restore the database.
