Just wanted to say a big thank you to the Zoneminder community and developers. Installed 1.36.10 this morning and the Decoding Enable/Disable flag is working again.

I am using a Reolink 520 camera and had lots of Smudging/noise artifacts using 1.36 (running on Ubuntu). I solved this by changing the monitor source->method from TCP to UDP.

Looked at the system this morning (after two days of continuous running with no changes to Ubuntu server or ZM config software) and the high res stream had stopped hogging CPU and the live stream was off, just as things should be! So I restarted ZM service to see if the problem was cured, but ...

I have exactly the same problem (see viewtopic.php?f=43&t=31219). All was fine until I updated the software from 1.36.8 to 1.36.9. I am using Reolink 520 H264 cameras on an Ubuntu 20.04.3 server.
