ls -lR /dev/dri you'll pobably see 644 root:renderr on ./rednderD128. Add your zm iniit user (apaache www-data or whaetever) to the "render" and 'dri" groups and restart it. in moitor setup uue vaupi and /dev/dri/renderD128 (or whatever yours is). Personally I've just given up on letting zoneminder ...

You sure about that URL? Try rtsp://user:pass@ip:554/Streaming/Channels/1 make sure whatever the cam is spitting out among what you get from /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg -codecs and are you attempting hwacel on this? turn that off .. you should be using ffmpeg as the source and that's the location in line ...

It shouldn't have .. typically zoneminder is it's on ./apache2/sites-enabled/zoneminder.conf (symlink to) ./sites-avaible/zoneminder.conf. This is what a2ensite (site) or a2enconf (for ./conf-availabe, same gist as before) ... and zoneminder becomes live at ::80/zm you config sounds like you have ...
