I am trying to play with VLC according to some early threads but can't make it work. Log report " Unable to create libvlc instance due to: (null) " -- I am on Ubuntu 22 LTS with latest ZM.
VLC lib installed/configured correctly I believe. Any idea how to troubleshooting?

Not sure if it's related -- when I was on ZM 1.34 (old version), I had a time can't edit zone with Chrome but good go with FF browser. I suspect that you need to edit your buffer settings. WE changed a lot in 1.36. Set your ImageBuffers to 3, and set your MaxImageBuffers to whatever you used to have in ImageBuffers. Fresh new install Ubuntu 22 LTS + ZM without any issue -- didn't try upgrading because you never know a single package fail could kill the environment. So save myself by just grab a new HDD and install.
