hi,
you can start trouble shooting by reading the log files. Zoneminder log file usually stored in /tmp/zm*.log and also check /var/log/messages.

Jeff If you go to view event window and then click on still, you should be able to find the moment that causes the event. As James said high senstivity will always causes alarms. James, thanks, I have found a soft link to the log in /var/log , but didnt found anything interesting. Also, I have found that lowering warm-up frame helps to get around this problem.
