Any luck with this? Yes, updates of 1.37 would be very much appreciated on the Fedoras and RHELs too. Is ZMRepo no longer building anything?

Mark

Re: Enabling ONVIF Event Listener Causes Capturing (RTSP) to Stop
Upping it to 60 seconds worked. It appears I had to restart for the new number to be used. Thanks. This has solved a long standing issue.

Re: Enabling ONVIF Event Listener Causes Capturing (RTSP) to Stop
I edited the monitor and enabled ONVIF from a previously capturing monitor. Here is the log after that, sanitized for IP address: 02/22/24 18:32:34.486053 zmc_m6[545548].DB1-zm_db.cpp/205 [Success running sql query INSERT INTO Monitor_Status (MonitorId,Status) VALUES (6, 'NotRunning') ON DUPLICATE ...

Re: Enabling ONVIF Event Listener Causes Capturing (RTSP) to Stop
The received terminate in cb typically means that the process was killed, likely by zmwatch. You might want to turn it off or adjust its settings. I can't think of how there would be any interaction between onvif and rtsp streaming. Unfortunately you've trimmed the logs to much for there to be any ...

Re: Enabling ONVIF Event Listener Causes Capturing (RTSP) to Stop
I tried various combinations of authentication and no authentication on this camera. If I have both ONVIF events and RTSP streaming enabled in the same monitor, RTSP streaming does not start: zoneminder-1.37.51-1.15.20240217gitgdef378fe1.fc39.x86_64 RTSP and ONVIF, no authentication or ...

Re: Reuse Deleted Monitor IDs
In the ID, I can pick any ID. My use case is I replaced my camera #1 that had issues with another that is the same as a later ID camera and I want the new Camera #1 to be listed first. So, I cloned a later ID and want it to replace #1. It does seem that #1 has been edited, as if I do the following ...

Re: Reuse Deleted Monitor IDs
It does if you leave the ID as automatic. It picks the next available ID and it goes at the bottom. I chose the ID manually, one that was deleted. It did not show up.dougmccrary wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2024 2:06 am I just cloned one of mine in 1.37.50~20240208144613-jammy, and it showed up at the bottom of my console...

Reuse Deleted Monitor IDs
When I create a new monitor and manually select a deleted monitor ID, it appears to save (twice) but it does not show up. What am I doing wrong?

Re: ONVIF Events Other Than Plain Motion
I have multiple cameras. Some will trigger ONVIF events correctly, but I do not know if they distinguish between different detections. They certainly do with the in camera web interface. I do not know how to get that information from the ONVIF interface. That is what I am asking here, if any one has ...

ONVIF Events Other Than Plain Motion
Can ONVIF events such as person or vehicle detection be used to trigger an alarm? Can Zoneminder distinguish between them? Anyone have examples?

Re: The memory fills progressively
Hey, are people who are experiencing this using Decoding=OnDemand? I think I found the problem, and it's because Analysis is waiting for decode and so capture thread is just filling up the queue. new package building should fix this. Mine are set to Decoding = Always or None. The ones growing ...

Re: The memory fills progressively
With zoneminder-1.37.50-1.86.20240126gitg543d3bdd9.fc39.x86_64, I still need to restart to free up memory every few hours. I am not seeing recent errors or warnings except for the telemetry server. I have not disabled that setting. Record durations also seem to be correct. It no longer gets any ...
