Missing Events..
To be more explanatory, the events recorded for some reason are not including every activity in front or in view of the AXIS Camera. I'm not sure a log file will tell me much. I think the camera is NOT getting triggered by ALL Motion when set to MotionCord. It captures most but not all and again, I ...

Missing Events: E.G. Walkers - Bicyclers, Some Cars [ AXIS ]
MISSING ACTIVITY!
Not sure why, but I've been noticing many many multiple events are missing, e.g. Walkers, Bicyclers and some cars.
Any explanations or fixes are welcomed..
Just running as a service, not montioring.
Thanks..

Question regarding AXIS Network Users
Where can you specify the USER and PASSWORD for cameras or is one forced to use anonymous access and restrict to # of connections?
In other words, can a username and password be specified in ZM Console for each AXIS Network Camera?
Thanks..

Hi dm Thanks for your reply; "Yes there is an auto archive function in the filter setup, all you need to do is configure it so it fits your needs, and then you can have that filter upload your newly archived events to your ftp server . 6 USB CAMS - Where to start?
Reading in the manual, it states: o USB bus problems. If you have multiple USB cameras on one bus then it can appear as if ZoneMinder is causing your cameras to fail. This is because the bandwidth available to cameras is limited by the fairly low USB speed. In order to use more than one USB camera ...

I'm in a bit of a dilemma with 3 cameras running. Here's what I'm doing. 1) Viewing ALL IMAGES, Checking them all, then selecting ARCHIVE. - I'm not sure where the archive is going, nor do I know the type of the archive file, is it a .tar somewhere on /var? 2) I'm Exporting after I archive, then I'm ...
