And tell me, if you still add a DVR, then the user will be able to give access to specific DVRs or even have to make a camera group.

As I see it, you can make several servers managed by one database and one storage for load balancing.

Yes, Groups are implemented in ZM. First they are created, and cameras added to them. I think it's possible to set a default view in the Users tab for a group. Though I would need to double check. If monitors are restricted, I don't think they will show up in groups, or at least the user will not be ...

Is it possible to add hikvision dvr to ZoneMinder or does it only support adding cameras via RTSP.

If I have 10 cameras. Is it possible to add only a few cameras for a user to view?
And is it possible to combine several cameras into a group? Should access be provided in groups?
As I understand it, user rights to view specific cameras are saved in the database? Or is it all saved to a file?

Specific limits on the number of users and the number of cameras that can be connected.
For example, I need to connect 5000 cameras. And 100 of them should be watched by 50 managers. Each manager looks on two cameras.
With good server hardware and Internet channels, can your program do this?)
