OK, here is what I did I use Ubuntu 5.05 and install the ZM with my SAA7134 card. it works. After I run the apt-get update/upgrade stuff. the system seems have some problem. CCTV Card without EPROM
I have a CCTV card installed on Ubuntu 5.0.x.
when I do 'dmesg|less' tt show the Card does not have EPROM with err=-5. I would like to know if the card is broken or it is a Window-software base CCTV card. If it is the later case, how can I make it work under Linux ..
BTW, the chip is SAA1730....
