ok the problem is the bttv module and the via chipset.
does anybody have a solution for this

ok i removed the bttv module from the kernel and had no problems machine stayed up with no problems.
trying a different kernel to see if it makes a difference

Since i installed my pv-155 and the bttv my server reboots randomly ,
