Thanks for the tips! I am glad to hear that I can leave the video capability intact. I have never used VNC, but it may be time to check it out. Agreed. I suspect the unbranded cheap cameras are going to be low performers. Thats why I'm wondering about using a 'branded' camcorder camera.
