Hi guys! I am running a ZM 1.23.0 on a Mandriva 2008. Everything is running smoothly until I enable user_auth. Then I loose the stream from my cameras. Nothing is displayed. If I disable user_auth then the stream appears normal again. I have gone through the forums, only comment is on version 1.22 ...

I have exactly the same problem, the only difference is that I am running Mandriva 2008 with Zoneminder 1.23. If I turn authentication on, I don't get any stream, if I turn it off, I get fine stream.

Thanks for all your help. I have solved the issue. I followed the guidelines here: http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.ph ... _Alternate except for the source.list settings. Also I used mysql libmysql++-dev instead of libmysql12-dev.

Now everything works like a charm!
