OK, I solved. I think it was a proced named "gam_server" that produced 80/90 % CPU load.
It's a bug of FC3 that i solved (i hope) upgrading it with a new version from

In the Option -> Tools i set 'auto' and zoneminder is configured for high bandwidth.

Now i able to have a stream but only if i set (in the Option -> Video) the jpeg streaming method (and i capture video from /cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi), otherwise i see a grey window.

I would to undestand why there is no streaming in mpeg mode.

I have the same problem and i'm a little in confusion.

I think that is a light changing problem and we have to follow a particular configuration using different zone type that zoneminder supports: but i unable to setting them!!!

I' m getting image now from 2 Axis 2100 (at 7.39 and 8.57 FPS) but only in still mode and i have no stream . I have the files (jconfig.h, jerror.h and jpeglib.h) in /usr/include directory. Make sure that your libjpeg's installation put this file in the right directory.

In my case i have no problem.
