I have a IP201W, and I can see a still image in a browser using the URL http://192.168.X.X/goform/capture however in Zoneminder monitor for that camera the image appears empty using /goform/capture as the path. If I right-click that empty image in Firefox and say View Image, I see: Server ...

I installed on Slackware 11. I compiled and installed as root, and as root I can start zoneminder.
