Hi, I'm seeing a minor issue when running 1.22.3 on Ubuntu 7.04. I have a number of monitosr setup running at 4CIF (704x576) with some at higher resolutions. I am far from an expert but try turning on statistics and having a look at some of the alarm frames and you will see how much zm "thinks" is changing. You can then use this to tune your settings.
