Cam in OPT_USE_AUTH

Hi Everyone
I have a wierd problem.
When I leave zoneminder without the login option (OPT_USE_AUTH ff) Everything works fine
If I put the OPT_USE_AUTH : ON . I got a white square with a broken image in the left top.

this is my user config
admin* en_us Yes View Edit Edit Edit Edit Edit Monitor-1, Monitor-3

someone already solve this
