Only with 1.21.1,1.21.2,1.21.3.
With 1.21.0 don't happen.
HELP!!!

Are you using some kind of UTF-8 encoding enywhere in your setup (box, httpd server, www browser) ?

Try to disable it.

What url are you uses to fetch the image from? If you 'wget' the same patch what do you get?

I'm seeing this also after upgrading from a functioning 1.21.0 to 1.21.3. No configuration changes were made to the cameras.
