No Control-Buttons in Live View

Hello,
I just installd ZM 1.31.1 on my Ubuntu 17.04 machine.

ZM works well, but when I look the live-view tab, i don't have any controls (like Pause, Stop aso).

Is this a bug or is there something wrong with my installation

I don't think there have ever been any buttons like that on the live view.

Sorry, I meant something like in the screenshot, when I click on the monitor.
The picture is from ZM 1.30.4

In ZM 1.31.1 I do not have these buttons
