how get zoneminder to use libjpeg-turbo?

i use ubuntu server .. i have downloaded the libjpeg-turbo

how cam i check if zoneminder works with it

and how can i get zoneminder to use libjpeg-turbo with terminal commands??

i have found a lot of infos but not not exactly with the terminal commands

libjpg-turbo8 is installed with Zm 1.30.4

if i enter: sudo lsof |grep libjpeg.so.8.0.2

i get:

zma 6677 www-data mem REG 8,2 363264 12065196 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libjpeg.so.8.0.2

then it does not show ... libjpg-turbo8, only libjpeg.so.8.0.2

is this normal?
