1.31 and H.264 video storage

Will the H.264 video storage be a part of the stable 1.31 release? We're currently using 1.30 with this feature from the iconnor PPA. However, I've noticed that there is no longer an H.264 video storage feature release for 1.31 in the PPA. I haven't been able to find a feature list of the changes, so forgive me if this is somewhere obvious.

H264 storage was merged to the master branch shortly after the 1.30.4 release, so yes it will be part of the next release.

I'm planing to install a new NUC with new stable ZM.
As you posted "yes it will be part of the next release" I wonder when will that happen?
The master branch commits are relatively rare and minor - A am aware of a small developers group working voluntarily on that excellent project in free time.

The answer to the next release question is entirely in the hands of iconnor.
When he says it's ready then we will release.
