I installed ZoneMinder 1.30.0 via apt on my Pi3 running Stretch the other day. The camera (not that it matters here) is a HiWatch IPC-T140.
The problem I've got is that while `/zm/api/` works and gets me the Cake page (telling me that redirects aren't set up correctly), any API page gets a 404 not found.
I've searched the forums (and beyond) but I'm apparently missing the obvious. I have checked that OPT_USE_API is enabled, because failing to check that would be really silly of me. There's nothing apparent in the Apache error logs.
Where should I look next?
Thanks

Re: ZoneMinder 1.30.0 - Raspbian Stretch - no API
I seem to recall that there were some API issues with Debian 9. Do not remember if they were resolved or not.

Thanks. I'll have a look at those. I'd followed https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Raspbian, but I'm aware it refers to Jessie, not Stretch.

I have API problems with Debian 9..... so far not solved. ZM works but the API will not.
