Why is zma_m3 broadcasting on my ssh prompt?

Why is zma_m3 broadcasting on my ssh prompt?
I just ssh'd into my server and I'm seeing zma_m3 broadcasts (`analyzing at 20.00 fps` messages) every few seconds. Why is this happening?

I have never seen that happen before.

Log to console is an operating system setting. This is not a setting in ZoneMinder, and I don't remember where exactly to enable or disable this.
It might be a kernel boot setting e.g. console=ttyS0 might do it.
