ZMNinja 1.3.003 IOS Three Green Dots

Since today’s update on IOS I get three green dots instead of images. I can throw away the app and relaunch and it works. I can go into settings, make no changes and hit save and also get images back.

I’m on zm 1.30.4 and haven’t made changes there.

Any ideas?

2. Do you use auth?
3. After you go to settings and save and get the images back, do they go away again when you restart?

Okay, found an error:

1. If you don't have auth enabled in ZM
2. But you have auth enabled in zmNinja

this problem occurs.

I'll be pushing a fix, but in the mean time, if 1 is true for you, remove auth in zmNinja and try

I don't have ZM auth or basic auth selected in zmNinja on any of the devices.

Please give 1.3.004 a try.

First launch it works.

Open it again and get 3 dots.

Throw away, then it works.

Save unchanged settings and it also works.

Thanks - I'm not sure I understood the throw away part.

Does 1.3.004 fix all issues or is there still something that doesn't work?

Throw it away is how to close the app on an IOS device.

It's as broken as before, but now works on first launch and then breaks on second open. This is just the reverse of before.

Can you download a desktop version at https://github.com/pliablepixels/zmNinja/releases and see if the same behavior persists on desktop versions too?
