I've update the Debian package of ZoneMinder at spic.net to 1.21.3
Thanks to Brent Addis for nudging me that a new version of zoneminder was available and in need of packaging.
It currently won't automatically zmupdate the database, but i'll be adding that feature in soon. i did modify zmupdate.pl so that people can manually run it if needed.
The binary package should include all dependencies. To use it, add the following 2 lines to your /etc/apt/sources.list then run " apt-get update ; apt-get install zm "

are you running sarge (stable) or etch (testing)? I've been building these packages for testing which now uses gcc4. if you're using testing, be sure to do an apt-get upgrade.MK wrote:hello!!

I don't think that istall gcc4 is sufficient for debian.
If you want i can send you the package builded for Debian/stable
