Has anybody had success with the WinTV Go Plus?

Anyone know what's the difference between the WinTV Go and the WinTV Go Plus?

I sent a query to Hauppauge about it. The bottom line is I was hoping to find something inexpensive and "off the shelf" at some local store vs. ordering something online.
