no valid mp4s created

I found a bug report in freebsd bugzilla about this. Apparently mp4v2 is old.

I have a branch that uses ffmpeg libs instead but it might be awhile before it is merged.

I participated in this bug report as Ivan and upgraded mp4v2 with patch proposed. It didn't change situation.
