I have a videocapture card with 4 inputs on the basis of Conexant BT878A chip. I was going to create a decision of videocapture of video from 4 cameras in a program multiplexing mode on it's basis.
I expected to see 3-4 frames per second from each camera.
I used BTTV driver and a card 77 (Grandtec 4inp), but at switching of inputs I have come across on such a problem: the image becomes completely white at switching of inputs and normalization of the image from white up to the image of normal sharpness occurs approximately in 1 second.
Only one camera on each channel separately working normally.
Having used ZM it became possible to receive the image from 2 cameras, but the image was hardly clarified.
After connection of one more camera - all three cameras gave out the white image.
I am sure that the card is efficient, and such problem is not present with Windows.
Please, help me ...

i have a card (card=82) that is also based on 878 and works fine as long as all enabled inputs have cameras on them. If i remove one i get all images going to peak white then gradually to normal then peak white again. Dunno if its the same thing just check all connections and diable any channels not used
